Customers access the O2C cycle — viewing orders, shipments, deliveries, invoices, and payment history. Both portals offer self-service dashboards and REST APIs for ERP, e-commerce, and POS integration.

The Challenge

Vendors had no visibility into invoices or payment status, and customers couldn't track orders or deliveries without contacting sales. Invoice submissions were manual, and there was no API for partners to integrate with their own systems.

eloPapi delivers a dual-portal partner platform. Vendors manage the full P2P cycle with invoice upload and API integration. Customers track the entire O2C flow from order to delivery. Both portals share real-time dashboards and expose REST APIs for seamless ERP and e-commerce integration.
