The Challenge
The client needed a highly flexible rewards platform where marketing and operations teams could define complex reward rules, simulate their financial impact, and deploy them instantly — without depending on engineering resources for every change.
Our Solution
We built a three-portal ecosystem: a customer app for earning and redeeming rewards, an admin portal with a visual rule builder and simulation engine, and a developer portal exposing a full REST API for third-party integrations. The analytics module provides real-time KPI tracking across customer segments, campaigns, and revenue impact.
